PROPERTIES

The Scituate Housing Authority owns and manages 209 units of studio, one-bedroom, and wheelchair accessible units for seniors and disabled persons.

State-aided developments include Lincoln Park, Wheeler Park I and Wheeler Park II. Veterans, Scituate residents, and people who work in Scituate receive a preference on the waiting list for the state-aided developments. 

The Federal-aided property is Central Park. There are no preferences given here.

To be eligible for state-aided housing, an applicant must be at least 60 years of age or have a qualifying physical or mental impairment and meet the “Low income limits” set by HUD.  Revised income limits for the state are issued every two years.

Effective May 15, 2023 the income limits for Lincoln Park and Wheeler Park are: One Person-$82,950. Two Persons-$94,800.


To be eligible for residency at Central Park, an applicant must be at least 62 years of age or have a qualifying physical or mental impairment and meet the “Very Low Income Limits” set by HUD.

Effective May 15, 2023, the income limits for Central Park are:
One Person- $51,950. Two Persons- $59,400.
